Refund policy

At Sensual Sins we will only replace items which are found to be faulty; an “exchange service” is not available due to the personal nature of our products and business.  If you find a product has a manufacturing defect, then you should return that product to us for a replacement or online credit.  Please note: To return a defective product and unless otherwise stated, you must return the product within 30 days of purchase.

Please retain your product packaging for the duration on the warranty period, as returns can be processed much more efficiently when the original packaging is included!

Lubes, Essentials and any of Sensual Sins yoni products must be unopened, unused or unworn and have packaging or tags intact.  All refunds on products will be assessed and is entirely at Sensual Sins discretion.  Please remember to be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Please choose your items carefully, as we do not refund or exchange products that you no longer want.

Please note you cannot return or request refunds on Gift Cards.  

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days of Sensual Sins receiving the product.
