The cups have a subtle bell-shaped curve that sits perfectly against your vaginal wall to collect fluids, and can be removed easily using the slim tail tab [There are three tabs to choose from]. One is even a cute little whale fin built into the sides of the cups!
Boil the cups in water for about three minutes before first use, wait to cool then fold to insert into your vagina, and wear for up to 12 hours depending on your flow. Wash the cups between uses with toy cleaner, then after menstruation boil them for about three minutes.
Set includes one 15ml cup (end of your cycle) and one 20ml cup (for your heavier days) so use for your different needs.
